HICH meetings are scheduled quarterly (typically on the last month of the fiscal quarter) and is both open to the general public and subject to requirements of Chapter 92, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
If you need special assistance or auxiliary aids or services to participate in this meeting, please submit your request at least three business days in advance. While staff will make every effort to accommodate requests, fulfillment cannot be guaranteed.
