If you or someone else is experiencing a health emergency or witnessing a crime, please call 9-1-1 immediately. On Oʻahu, you may request a Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Officer who is specially trained to assist individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. For urgent non-violent concerns related to homelessness on Oʻahu, you can contact the Honolulu CORE hotline at (808) 768-2673.

To begin the process towards housing and other resources, the first step is to connect with an outreach worker from your area’s service provider through the Coordinated Entry System. They will take the time to understand your situation, guide you through your options, and help link you to the programs and services that can best support you.
