Notice to Offerors
The Statewide Office on Homelessness and Housing Solutions (SOHHS) is requesting proposals for residential pre-fabricated housing and community units for a proposed kauhale project in Wahiawa. This solicitation is exempt from the requirements of chapter 103D, HRS, pursuant to the Governor’s Twenty-Second Emergency Proclamation Relating to Homelessness.
