Notice to Offerors

The Statewide Office on Homelessness and Housing Solutions (SOHHS) is requesting bids from qualified firms to perform tenant improvements and renovations necessary for the operation of a kauhale in Honolulu. This solicitation is exempt from the requirements of chapter 103D, HRS, pursuant to the Governor’s Twenty-Third Emergency Proclamation Relating to Homelessness.
