Notice to Offerors

The Statewide Office on Homelessness and Housing Solutions (SOHHS) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide owner’s representative services for a kauhale renovation project in Honolulu. This solicitation is exempt from the requirements of chapter 103D, HRS, pursuant to the Governor’s Twenty-Third Emergency Proclamation Relating to Homelessness.
